Demolition committee

The function of the Demolition Committee is to study and authorize demolition requests. Before making any decision on a demolition authorization request, the committee must consider the condition of the building requested, the deterioration of the architectural appearance, the aesthetic character or the quality of life of the neighborhood, the cost of restoration, proposed use of the cleared land and any other relevant criteria.
